Boom Bap Radio – February 1, 2014

Happy Black History Month

Back together for the first day of February 2014, the Boom Bap Radio crew: Masta Talka, J-Crush, C.O. and Angry Engineer bring you more of this week’s news and jazzy Hip-Hop – in celebration of Black History Month. Digable Planets, Artifacts, Common, Brand New Heavies, Branford Marsalis and Trends of Culture led us into a world of Jazz and funk only found on our airwaves. We of course also give the headlines of the day a healthy side-eye.  We hit all of the year’s biggest events: the State of the Union, Bridgegate, Super Bowl XLVIII, the Grammy’s and offer Dennis Rodman and Justin Beiber some therapy. No, we really don’t care for the “toy” with our Happy Meal – It’s Boom Bap Radio!
